Returns & Exchanges

At Bed Threads, we want you to love your linen as much as we do, which is why we offer a 45-day return window for all unwashed and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding that has been used or laundered.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your unused items and place them back in their original linen storage sacks and cardboard shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
